For many years I was the online safety lead at a local authority, raising initiatives across all schools, police, the voluntary sector and others with positive outcomes and a significant increase in online safety awareness. Since 2011 as an Independent Online Safety Consultant I have been delivering specialist online safety training nationally to organisations such as schools and colleges including physical visits, webinars and pre-recorded videos.

If you do not feel that you have benefitted from the course simply send an email, let us know why and ask for your money back. Simple, no quibble!

This is dependent on the course. The Online Safety Leads course is delivered via a mixture of video and text. Others are video only.

Payment is currently via invoice only. Contact us and request a quote. When you receive the quote raise a purchase order (if you use PO’s) and send the number back. An invoice will be raised and sent to you, at which point you will receive all the details for the course, for example:

Online Safety Leads – your course login will be created and sent to you.
Online Safety for Staff, governors or Parents – a video link will be emailed to you at the same time as the invoice.

All courses permit access (or in the case of video links, usage) for 12 months from the date of the invoice.

For the Online Safety Leads course, yes. Once you finish the course send an email to us including your full name and postal address. A professionally printed certificate will be sent to you.

For the staff/governors course, contact us if you require a certificate template, this will be sent to you as a PDF.
